What you need to do to BE worthy

You were born worthy of love, dignity, and respect. There is literally nothing you can or need to DO to BE worthy. You already are. 

You are perfectly imperfect as humans and it's often lost in the busyness and hustle in daily life.

Regularly feeling drained, frustrated or overwhelmed becomes normal baseline as you grow up.

Most of us move through the world thinking we need to grow, change or transform to be worthy and enough. And personal growth seems like another task to check off the list.

I'm here to tell you - you have permission to shift and release all that b.s. and rest.

My love, you have always been enough.

The only growth or work you may want to do is to expand into your inherent worthiness.

Slow down  relax into that deep inner grounded calm loving space inside yourself. 

I promise you, it's there. A forgotten essence where you don't have to DO or perform or achieve. You get to BE.

That BEing place is your birthright. It's your enoughness. It's your worthiness. It's your spirit that is infused with unconditional love, peace and wisdom.

So, in this ever changing and uncertain world, consider taking a few moments to BE with your worth and embrace it every. single. day.

Then expand your peace, love and gifts first for yourself, then share wet the world. This is how we find our center, release our stress, and thrive.
